The warranty card should be fully completed and returned to YES within 15-day commencing from the date of purchase. YES provides 12 months free carry in repair service , including parts and labor for the player. Customer MUST present the original Warranty Card together with original purchase invoice to YES’s technician for verification when warranty service is rendered. Service fee will be charged if any one of the documents cannot be presented We provides 3 months warranty period for Battery and 6 months warranty for LENS and MECHA. Within the warranty period, YES will repair or replace the parts that are damaged under normal use ( BY the judgment of YES) at no additional charge. This warranty covers hardware only. Accessories such as USB cables, the CD, necks rapes and earphones are excluded in the warranty. except 3 months warranty for battery and 6 months warranty for lens and mecha ALL the replaced parts will become the property of YES. Any cost of transportation is on the account of purchaser. FREE guarantee service will not be provided to the said equipment if 1. any unauthorized repair or modification has been carried out on the unit, or 2. it has been damaged through misuse, negligence, accident, insects or natural calamities. Or 3. it has been installed, maintained or operated otherwise than in accordance with the instructions. Warranty service is valid in Hong Kong only.
